first right click your desktop and go down to new then shortcut then a window will come up in the text box type shutdown -s -t 45 -c "your note" then click next after you do this you can name the virus then click finish now it is ready
when some one click on the shortcut it will popup a window with your note and shut down the computer in 45 sec
to stop it from shutdown open the run window and type shutdown -a
